Returns are strongly discouraged! We do not sell items "on approval" - please be sure before you purchase.
Reasons for return that will not be accepted:
It didn't fit -- Please measure first. We will be happy to provide you with any measurements you need beforehand!
I don't like it -- Please make sure the item is what you want before you purchase. If more descriptions or photos are needed, we are happy to accommodate you!
It arrived damaged -- We try to pack everything so that it arrives safely, but we understand that accidents do happen, and occasionally an item will arrive damaged. If this should occur, please do not return the item or throw away the packaging! We will assist you in filing a claim in anyway we can, but the initial claim should be made by the recipient.
We accept returns on a case by case basis only, but please keep in mind that all items sold are generally non-returnable. If you feel you have a valid reason for returning an item (not one listed above), please contact us so that we may review your case. If approved, you will be given a Return Authorization Number. This number must be written on the outside of the box- if not, the box will be refused. Shipping is never refundable, and ALL returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
