Here is a truly spectacular Victorian pan light. This is signed inside the arms: Robert Findlay's Fine Fixtures, Brooklyn, NY April 26, 1921. It is in nice condition. The pan section (top and bottom) is nickel plated brass. The nickel is worn allowing the brass to show through giving the appearance of champagne gold. The arms, chain and shade bells are all silver tone. The cast arms and decorative rings on the shade bells are subtly hand decorated in shades of metallic plum, metallic green and cranberry. The fixture is rewired and hanging hardware is included. This fixture takes shades with a 2 1/4 inch fitter which are available wherever shades are sold including the big box stores. This is shown with new old stock Fenton
cranberry and opal swirl shades which are NOT included but are available
here. The shades beautifully compliment
the cranberry accents on the fixture and when lit cast a cranberry glow
overall.
